Just want to find out if this problem is common and if there is a straightforward fix. I have just had installed a 6.6kw off grid system with a lg chem resu10 48v battery and the ubiquitous selectronic sp pro and fronius primo inverter charger setup. My installer reckons everything is configured as per spec including the battery bms talking to the sp pro. The battery has now tripped multiple times and we can’t find a logical explanation. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and managed to get everything working. I noticed on the lg chem battery review on this site there was the following comment:
“Another issue is the battery will automatically shut down after a short amount of time if communication is lost with the inverter. However, this is only problematic with off-grid systems.”
Look forward to any suggestions
