Power combination solar panel-microconverter

We have received an offer to install solar panels. The solar panels are from Suntech with a maximum power of 375 W, while the microconverter are Enphase IQ7+ with apparently a maximum peak power of 295 W. I am not an expert, so I am a bit confused. Is it OK that the microconverter has a power peak 80 W less than the solar panel?

Many thanks

Yes that’s OK. The standard is around 75%. Due to a range of variables including the level of sun and orientation towards the sun, panels very rarely produce their maximum.
