I would never choose a no name brand? That would be way too risky.
Jinko, Longi & JA are quite similar in quality and price. My personal pick would be Jinko first, then Longi and JA solar. Jinko is the largest manufacturer in the world and will be around if there is ever a warranty issue. Longi and JA are also well known, reliable brands. Check the best solar panels review article.
More importantly, I would be looking the reputation of the solar installation company, or more specifically the after sales support and service offered.
ZNshine does not have a big presence in Australia and there is limited feedback about them.

I installed 4 unit of 550wp Longi LR5-72HPH, maximum power I saw in hybrid inverter display MrPow 4200w is about 1.8 to 1.9 kw at 1100am.
4 x 550W panels = 2.2kW.
So 1.8 or 1.9kW is normal and what would be expected. There are always small conversion losses and slight temperature derating.
