Happy ending year and new year to every one…

I need some help to figure out my problem. I have an off grid Inverter EPEVER IP2000-22 (ENN). I had already installed it as the manual told. It had a low buzzing sound after I turned on and one day after it became overheated even when the AC output is not connected to any load.

Unfortunately, it sounds like you have a faulty inverter which should be replaced under warranty.

What was the battery voltage used and what is the inverter operating voltage range?
