New Install 35 Silfab pannels with Franklin Battery

Just had a system installed and have a question about what causes panels to stop generating at peek times of the day. I have an app on my phone, panels are generating 6 - 7 kw and then just stop generating. Question is what can cause this to happen?

Did it happen one time only or every day? Guess you have a Hybrid System with Grid connection? May be you have sometimes high or low voltage from Grid and your Inverter get switched off to protect the Equipment.
