I have encountered a problem in the perception of the diffuse component of radiation (DHI). This should be based on measured data, but I have no such capability. Can this granularity be estimated empirically? I would like to use the model of Hay and Davis (1980) for the calculation. Does anyone have any experience with this? I will be glad for any help.
