The STC rebate cap for solar PV under the SRES has been bumped up from 100kW to 1MW, which is a pretty massive jump.
The DCCEEW page says
The expanded SRES is expected to commence from 1 October 2026, subject to the necessary regulations being in place.

Anyone know if the regulations have actually been sorted yet, or is this still up in the air?
I’ve got a good quote in hand from a local installer and trying to figure out whether I should just sign now or hold off and wait for the regulations to actually come through first.
