2 Growatt 12DVM US version dead

Well, I have 2 Growatt 12000 DVM hybrid split phase (US type) inverters that are both doing the same thing. They both, at different times, weeks apart, shut off at night while running and won’t restart. One is brand new and had only been running for a month, the other is a few years old. They shut down and the batteries all showed a SCP fault. Neither of the inverters will restart. When this happened to one a few years ago the problem was the board with all the capacitors and the board mounted on top of it and both were obviously burned. I replaced the boards and it worked fine. This time none of the boards in either of them are burned but I’ve replaced all the boards with a spare set I have anyway and I still have the same problem. They both test with a small amount of connectivity between the + and - on the transformers. Any suggestions??? I’ve been working with Growatt and my distributor in China but they can’t seem to figure it out. Where I am there are no Growatt distributors and other than me and some of my staff, I can’t find anyone qualified to repair them. I tried another inverter connected to the same batteries and it starts just fine. The batteries have a built in pre-charge capacitor so they start by turning them on once the breakers are on and the inverter is off. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
