We are installing a 10kw Fronius primo hybrid inverter with 3x 9kw reserva batteries. We have installed the smart meter but the house consumption is not being read properly and we have installed a shielded cat 6 cable between smart meter and inverter. Also what are the best settings for battery Charge and discharge or usage. Customer is in Queensland, Ergon provider with tariff 11
The thing that seems the obvious is that the current clamps are either not installed correctly (direction) or in the incorrect location ie not capturing all the loads.
Can you be a bit more specific about what you mean ie Numbers and also how do you know this ?
